In 2020, we introduced the truffle weekends at Wallingford. Much oohing and ahhing from our truffle hunters, eaters and indulgers. Experience destination-worth dining like no other. Featured in Vogue, Cuisine, New Zealand Herald and The Good Food Guide, chef Chris Stockdale’s menu focuses on seasonal produce, driven by the local Wallingford surrounds with an emphasis on foraging & the use of small passionate, ethical artisans.
Over the duration of the weekend, 5 meals are prepared by chef Chris Stockdale with one of these being the degustation menu.

So beautifully presented and the tastes, out of this world. our hosts and chef( chris stockdale) presented a dinner that couldn’t be faulted and the service was excellent.
